Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between SWP WohnPartner GmbH and its customers regarding cleaning services in the Berlin and Brandenburg area.

The contract is formed through online booking on our website or by telephone order. The booking confirmation sent by email represents the acceptance of the order.

The scope of cleaning services is determined by the respective booking. The services and additional options configured in the price calculator are binding.

The prices stated at the time of booking apply. All prices include statutory value-added tax. Payment is made after the service has been provided.

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. For cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price.

We are liable for damages caused by our employees during cleaning. All our cleaning staff are covered by liability insurance. Damages must be reported immediately, but no later than 24 hours after service delivery.

The customer ensures access to the premises to be cleaned. When keys are handed over, we assume liability for the key until its return.

If you are not satisfied with our service, we will carry out a free re-cleaning within 48 hours. The prerequisite is a timely complaint within 24 hours of service delivery.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and the applicable data protection regulations.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
